Halloween 2021
Halloween has come and gone and it was very blah for me this year. As my girls are getting older things change each year. This year the middle child went to visit with friends for the weekend and it was just me and the youngest. Waiting till the last minute we carved pumpkins just after lunch on Halloween. I decided not to wear a costume as I just could not decide what to wear. I opted for a Halloween tee shirt. The youngest was invited to trick or treat with friends so we met up with them in Cape May. Repeat Races
Up until August every race I ran was just one as covid prevented many races from happening last year. The first race to repeat was the Murph Mile in Cape May. Last year I took first in my age group running a 9:19.5. Oh, did I forget to mention I was the only one in my age group? While it was a bit disappointing to not have any competition, I did meet my goal of running a mile in under 10 minutes.
